In-depth analysis of JSC Stone's landmark deliveries: Kadokawa Culture Museum, Mall of Tripla, Halekulani Okinawa, and 3 Orchard By-The-Park.

Direct Engineering Specifications: JSC Stone Manufacturing Standard

JSC Stone Group (established 2000 in Shijing, Nan'an, Fujian) operates 12 diamond gang saws, 6 5-axis CNC waterjets, and captive Jiangxi granite quarries producing 45,000 m³ raw blocks annually. We engineer ASTM C97 and ASTM C170 compliant architectural stones including G654 Sesame Black (density 2.72 g/cm³, absorption 0.19%, compressive strength 218.4 MPa), G603 granite, Moca Cream limestone, and aerospace-bonded aluminum honeycomb panels weighing only 16.5 kg/m². Ocean freight shipments from Xiamen Port (28 km away) strictly follow highway deadweight limits: 20GP dry containers carry exactly 25,500 kg net stone payload in ISPM 15 fumigated eucalyptus timber crates, yielding 463 m² of 20mm slabs or 309 m² of 30mm pavers. Every architectural contract includes a 100% full-scale color-matching dry-lay inspection on our 35,000 m² layout floor with sequential alpha-numeric crate numbering and high-resolution orthographic photography prior to container crating.

Over two decades, JSC Stone Group has supplied over 300 world-class landmark developments across 50 countries. Here we highlight four signature contracts demonstrating our complex fabrication capabilities.

1. Kadokawa Culture Museum (Tokorozawa, Japan)

Designed by Kengo Kuma & Associates. Scope: 20,000+ custom 70mm thick broken-face black granite pieces. Each stone was hand-split with custom rear anchor slots calculated to withstand seismic shear accelerations.

2. Mall of Tripla (Helsinki, Finland)

The largest commercial and transit concourse in the Nordic region. Scope: 12,000 m² of flamed granite exterior paving and inorganic precast terrazzo concourses tested to survive 56 freeze-thaw cycles (-30°C).

3. 3 Orchard By-The-Park (Singapore)

Designed by Antonio Citterio. Scope: Italian bookmatched statuario marble lobby walls and monolithic bathroom vanities with seamless continuous vein tracking.
